MINIMALIZATION OF THE TRANSPORT AND DISTRIBUTION ROUTE AT EMERGENCY SUPPLIES IN THE GAS INDUSTRY SECTOR

Abstract

The gas industry sector belongs to within of the Slovak Republic into the Energy Sector
of Critical Infrastructure. The solution of crisis situations in the gas sector is all to more
complicated in Slovakia that Slovakia must to import 98 % of natural gas. Even though it has
created emergency gas reserves, it must in case of a state of emergency pay the utmost attention
to the gas systems with an emphasis on transmission and distribution network. In the event of
a crisis situation may occur inter alia violation the transmission and distribution routes. One
way to ensure effective and rapid emergency supplies to selected gas customers can be to
minimalization transport and distribution routes using application the Dantzig algorithm.
