Abstract

The article is designed to problematic the crisis phenomena in the terms of evacuation
of people by means of road transport. It deals with the identification of risks to evacuation
in terms of transport. Addresses issue a system of management and security functionality
of critical infrastructure elements in transport sector in the planning of evacuation.
