Abstract

The chemical substances and chemical means have been accompanying
the human at daily live. By different processes there have been produced the final
products from them. In the paper there are described the selected legal rules
codifying the safe handling with chemical substances. A special attention is paid to
the REACH regulation and to the public administration duties.
