Socio-economic phenomena affect society. As part of their projection into society, they
condition the constant fluctuation of people. Socio-economic phenomena thus provoke
a number of interactions between people in all walks of life. However, emerging interactions
may not always be desirable. The reasons why some of these interactions may be desirable or
undesirable are various. For example, in times of pandemic, the risk of an undesirable
interaction of people in one place, which can be characterized by the migration density of
people, will be addressed.
Migration density of persons means a quantity that is characterized by quantitative
accumulation of persons depending on area and time. These people are actively involved in the
socio-economic activities of the society in the reflected area within a certain time. With regard
to the increasing accumulation of persons in the monitored time in a given area, this quantity
can be used, for example, to predict the probability of an increase in the risk of transmission of
a viral disease in a given area. With regard to the obtained values of the migration density of
persons, it is thus possible to put into effect measures to prevent the spread of the viral disease
practically at a given moment. We get a more efficiently obtained assessment of the monitored riskSocio-economic phenomena affect society. As part of their projection into society, they
