Abstract

This paper is focused on research of Modus Operandi used in attacks in the Europian
Union and Caucasus from 2014 untill now. The paper follows MO and its changes during this
period of time with regard to perpetrator behind the attack. The study is based on detailed
research of 85 attacks.
